Thus, 60% of the total clients have provided yMaids with a spare key for their apartments and villas. This is a level of COMPLETE TRUST we have built in the past 15 years.
All of our cleaners are insured and bonded; therefore you do not need to worry about the safety and security of your place. yMaids ensures that client’s property is safe and secured. We have strict security systems in place. Each day check- in and check-out for all the cleaners are conducted by professionally trained security guards. Any items/goods that have been given by the client as a gift to the maid should have a WAIVER from the client or the invoice for the items if they have been purchased. Any unusual items/objects without a waiver or an invoice are questionable. If proven guilty it will lead to deportation. If any unresolved issues there are, yMaids service fully supports its client to assist in further investigation including the involvement of police.
